The major change in this project was tearing down a wall that separated the living room and the kitchen. We replaced the partition wall with a marble kitchen island to create a more open space. Aside from the structural work, we replaced the backsplash with a unique pattern that our client hand picked. We also updated the cabinets, drawers, flooring, and the paneling under the island as you'll see in one of the pictures.
For the appliances and electrical fixtures, our client upgraded their cooktop and exhaust with a beautiful stainless steel system. We also installed a double oven in this kitchen.The lights were also updated into ceiling mount spot lights.
